Gerry today

Gerry does not have a bladder infection. He has a blood infection. Dr Khan, the oncologist, said it is common in patients with a blocked bile duct. He is on IV antibiotics and will be in the hospital for a couple of days. He does not have a room yet...maybe tomorrow! He is on a lot of pain meds and is in and out of sleep but shaved himself today with an electric razor...thanks to my sista Chick! His bilirubin level is down which indicates the chemo could be working.
